Our goal at Forever Silk Blossoms is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund less shipping and handling.
RETURNS
You may return any purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
Contact us at foreversilkblossoms@comcast.net for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into it's original packaging with a note stating your Name, address and RMA number. You will receive a refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of the U.S. As arrangements are custom made upon receipt of your order shipping is generally within 2 to 3 weeks. If there is a delay with the shipping of your order we will contact you.
